Max and Sophie are exploring a dense forest. They are amazed by the tall trees and strange plants. “Look at this leaf!” Sophie says, holding up a large, shiny green leaf. “It’s so big!”
“I know,” Max replies, peering at the ground. “This place is like nothing we’ve ever seen.”
Suddenly, a friendly man appears from behind a tree. He wears a hat and a vest full of pockets. “Hello there!” he says with a smile. “I’m Mr. Wren, your dinosaur guide. What are you two doing here?”
“We’re just exploring,” Sophie says. “We didn’t expect to meet anyone.”
Mr. Wren chuckles. “Well, you’ve come to the right place. There’s something special about this forest. Follow me, and I’ll show you.”
They walk deeper into the forest, with Mr. Wren leading the way. The trees become even taller, and the air feels different—like it’s filled with excitement. “This is amazing!” Max exclaims.
Mr. Wren stops at a hidden entrance covered with vines. “We’re almost there,” he says, pushing the vines aside. “Get ready for something incredible.”
The entrance opens to reveal a hidden valley. Max and Sophie gasp as they see dinosaurs roaming freely. “Is this real?” Max asks in awe.
“It’s as real as it gets,” Mr. Wren says. “This valley has been hidden from the world for millions of years. It’s a place where dinosaurs still live.”
Sophie’s eyes widen. “Look at that giant dinosaur over there! It’s so big!”
“That’s a Brachiosaurus,” Mr. Wren explains. “They were the tallest dinosaurs.”
Max spots a smaller dinosaur running around. “What’s that one doing?”
“That’s a Velociraptor,” Mr. Wren says. “They are quick and clever. Watch out—they can be very curious!”
As they walk, a strange noise comes from the bushes. Sophie grabs Max’s arm. “Did you hear that?”
Mr. Wren looks concerned. “Stay close. There might be something unexpected.”
Suddenly, a small, mischievous dinosaur jumps out. It has bright blue scales and a playful attitude. “Oh, it’s just a Compsognathus,” Mr. Wren says with a laugh. “They love to play tricks.”
Max and Sophie laugh, watching the tiny dinosaur playfully chase its tail. “Can we get closer?” Max asks.
“Sure,” Mr. Wren says. “But remember to be quiet. We don’t want to scare them.”
They quietly move closer, marveling at the dinosaurs. “This place is amazing,” Sophie says. “I never thought we’d see something like this.”
Mr. Wren nods. “It’s a special place. But we need to be careful. Sometimes, things can get a little unpredictable.”
As they explore, a loud roar echoes through the valley. Max and Sophie look at each other in fear. “What was that?” Max asks.
“It sounds like a T-Rex,” Mr. Wren says. “We should head back to the entrance. It’s best not to get too close.”
They quickly make their way back, but the path is blocked by a fallen tree. “We’re stuck!” Sophie says, panic in her voice.
“Don’t worry,” Mr. Wren says calmly. “I know another way.”
They follow Mr. Wren through a narrow path, carefully avoiding the dinosaurs. They finally reach the hidden entrance just as the roar fades away. “That was close!” Max says, breathing heavily.
“Yes,” Mr. Wren agrees. “But it’s all part of the adventure. You did great.”
As they leave the valley, Sophie looks back with a smile. “Today was incredible. Thank you for showing us this amazing place.”
“It was my pleasure,” Mr. Wren says. “Remember, the world is full of hidden wonders. Keep exploring and stay curious.”
Max and Sophie wave goodbye and head back home, their hearts full of excitement and wonder. They know they’ll never forget their incredible adventure in the lost world of dinosaurs.
